Fab.

최근 Fab(fab.com)의 진가를 알아버렸다.



일단 슬로건 - "Smile. you're designed to"

"당신은 미소짓도록 디자인 되었어요" 헐 ㅠㅠ

Fab의 Key USP인 감각적인 디자인 상품들을 함의하는 동시에 (what we have - design)

그 상품들이 Fab의 방문자들을 미소짓게 한다,라는 제공가치를 나타내는 (what you get - smile)

......

그 말을 어떻게 저리도 휴머니즘을 담고있는 문장으로 표현한단 말인가!!!

인간에 대한 근본적인 애정이 담겨있잖아...

무표정으로 살고싶어서 태어난 사람은 없지... 

단순히 "You're designed to smile"이라고 했으면 디자인 상품의 의미가 잘 드러나지 않았을텐데

도치를 해서 문장을 만든 것도 너무 clever...

무엇보다 진심이 느껴진다. design과 smile, Fab에서 찾고 느낄 수 있는 것들이다.

이 자식들 맘에 들어!!!


홈페이지에 Fab이 유니크한 10가지 이유에 대해 설명한 부분이 있는데

이것 또한 그들이 심사숙고하여 공통적으로 세운 철학과 가치관이 잘 드러난다.

솔직히 슬로건, 가치관 말고도 Fab의 중요한 요소는 product sourcing system + web, mobile UI/UX design인데 나중에 따로 공부해서 포스팅해야지.
