I find it quite an useful book, for having some pokes on points I missed to think about, yet I decided to take a stop around page 87. Of course, to know the strategy and all those skills are important, but as Sheryl Sandberg was told by Eric Schmidt, let's not be idiots. The very objective for now is really to get hired, not to study deeply on the art of being selected (although i cannot deny that it could be also useful in the future! who knows). Action without knowledge, knowledge without action achieves nothing at all. Pray I can make that balance well. Yes I pray.
